Tracking Information:
As requested we
have decided to add an all new Tracking Information Database
to our website. All Xpresspost orders require a 24 hour waiting
period from the time your order is processed until a tracking
number can be issued.
If you ordered
via Xpresspost then please email our customer service department
and we will issue you your tracking number for your order. support@medicures.com.
If you did not order Xpresspost then simply drop us a email
and we can tell you when the package left our office for shipping.
If you have already received your Xpresspost tracking number
from us then simply go to Canada
Post for more information about your orders' arrival time.

Depending
on US Customs declaration and or FDA Clearance times, packages
have been know to take up to an extra week for delivery. Especially
due to the extra measures now taken at all international and
domestic borders due to the USA's homeland security issues.
This includes all Xpresspost orders. We are sorry in advance for
any delay in arrival times that remain out of our control.
